Stan has a deep passion for theater. He is a current board member and former president of The Drama League and a founding member of the successful Broker’s Build with Habitat for Humanity NYC, for which he received the New Partnerships Award. He is also a strong supporter of the Anti-Violence Project, which honored him with their highest recognition, The Courage Award, in 2017. Additionally, Stan received the 2020 Bailey House Rand Harlan Skolnick Social Responsibility Award and the 2023 Sotheby’s International Realty Humanitarian Award.
