In 2000, she transitioned to a role as a loan officer for Countrywide Home Loans, which later led to positions in Orlando's mortgage underwriting, investigation, and IT departments. These experiences provided Jennifer with a comprehensive understanding of both real estate and mortgage financing, allowing her to expertly navigate the complexities of the market.

Together with her husband, Todd, Jennifer formed the Matacale Group, bringing extensive expertise to residential sales, property management, and customer relations.
