With a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals, Pam Kelner has developed a reputation for her professionalism, negotiation skills, and “think-out-of-the-box” ideas that help close deals in the competitive South Florida market. With over four decades of experience, Pam proudly holds the titles of Luxury Property Specialist and Certified Negotiation Specialist. In addition, Pam achieved a BS degree in Paralegal Studies, graduating with high honors. This affords her a greater expertise in contract and legal matters. She also holds a BA degree in Health Education. As a service-oriented professional, Pam’s focus on building strong working relationships with all parties involved in a real estate transaction has earned her a loyal clientele. Her excellent marketing and networking skills ensure that her properties receive top dollar. She also specializes in new construction for both young families and adult lifestyles, keeping current on new projects to make sure her clients have access to the best pre-construction prices. Outside of real estate, Pam is a proud official of the Broward County Commission's Human Right’s Board, representing the real estate industry. Part of the Board’s responsibilities is quasi-judicial with jurisdiction over Housing, Employment and Public Accommodation. It is also serves as an advisory board to the County Board of Commissioners. Pam is also the Public Relations Director and original founder of WINK a women-to-women business networking group. She is active in the Chambers of Commerce of several Broward County cities and is committed to giving back to her community, supporting local non-profit organizations and helping to feed the homeless. She is also a member of South Florida Folk and Acoustic Music Club. As a Miami Beach native, Pam has a deep understanding of the unique characteristics and nuances of the South Florida area. She brings this intimate knowledge to bear when helping her clients navigate the real estate market, ensuring that they find the right property at the right price. Her family has a long history in the real estate industry. Her father was the broker/owner of a real estate company specializing in vacant land throughout Florida, and her relatives began their careers as some of the early architects and developers during the Art Deco era.
