Brenda Cloud was brought home to Santa Ynez in 1979 and prides herself as being a native of the beautiful Santa Ynez Valley. Born and raised here, Brenda combines her in-depth knowledge and deep local connections with a personal desire to match people with their perfect home, positioning her as the trusted partner to curate seamless transactions. Knowing first-hand the complexity of moving a family in or out of a community, Brenda believes in direct access for her clients. 'This valley is what I know and love. I want all my clients to feel well cared for and assisted not only with a real estate transaction but with all the intricacies that a transition entails (schools, activities, doctors, land uses, etc.), long after the transaction has closed."

Brenda credits her success to listening intently to her clients and understands that transparency and communication are important traits in relationships. Understanding the specific needs and goals of each client has earned her the reputation as a tough but fair negotiator - she plays to win. Building lasting relationships is Brenda's superpower as she believes family and friends are the backbone of a great community. Brenda has serves on the Santa Ynez Board of Realtors on the MLS Committy as well as volunteering in the local community.

Family drives Brenda to excel at her profession. When she is not hard at work for her clients one can find her supporting her two college kids in academia and athletics or look for her hiking the big game trails with her husband in Wyoming and Utah. Needless to say, she never stops moving forward looking to achieve the best in family, life and work.
