She has witnessed the evolution of the region and remembers the days when Crosswater was a cattle grazing area and Caldera Springs was a pristine forest. Her extensive connection to the Sunriver Community has become a cornerstone of her success, allowing her to offer insights and information newcomers may not be privy to.
Marilyn's professional path began in the banking industry from 1979 to 1983, laying the foundation for her meticulous approach to transactions. Subsequently, she, along with her then-husband, ventured into entrepreneurship, owning two businesses in the Sunriver area. Customer service and attention to detail are a priority when helping people achieve their real estate goals. Beyond her professional endeavors, Marilyn finds solace in her back yard, her personal oasis from March through October where she spends time planting and tending a large variety of flowers. She raised two children in Sunriver, immersing them in all the fun activities the community has to offer, while instilling a strong work ethic she herself has continued throughout her career.
