Mary Irvin

Mary Irvin is a broker associate with the Asheville office of Premier Sotheby's International Realty. Her extensive experience as an educator of 10 years and being a partner in an e-commerce marketing firm prepared her for the high-volume and rapid-paced real estate field. She is skilled at recognizing the value of unique properties and ensuring a well-planned, organized transaction process for her clients.

Mary's skillset, built upon her personality, drive, and career prior to real estate, sets her apart from other real estate professionals. Friendly and outgoing, Mary gets to know her buyers and sellers on a personal level and cultivates a bond that transcends the client/REALTOR® relationship. Her competitive nature to succeed motivates her to fight for her clients from beginning to end, while her background in education and marketing helps her fine-tune her ability to multi-task and remain organized and communicative.



Originally from Vail, Colorado, Mary attended Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida, and the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. Relocating to North Carolina in 2021, she found her new home in Waynesville, where she enjoys playing soccer, camping, biking, and painting. Mary founded the local women's group Wolf Pack of Waynesville to foster comradery and friendship within the community. Mary is also a member of the Waynesville Rotary Club and the chair of the organization's Impact Club, which focuses on volunteer work and networking.
