Martha Morris

Martha Morris is an experienced, driven, and passionate Utah-based real estate professional serving the greater Salt Lake Valley and the Wasatch Front. Born in Florida and raised in Kentucky, Martha moved to the Beehive State after high school to attend Brigham Young University, where she earned a degree in Psychology. She began her career in social work, mentoring at-risk teens, veterans, and individuals experiencing homelessness. After earning her Substance Use Disorder Counselor license from the University of Utah, she spent nearly a decade working in nonprofit admissions, program management, and quality assurance.

In 2013, after purchasing her first home with the help of a local real estate broker, Martha found herself deeply drawn to the industry. Inspired by that experience and eager to apply her social work skills in a new way, she began the transition into real estate. In 2018, she officially launched her real estate career and quickly found success—closing 30 transactions in her first year as part of a team and becoming the top-producing agent at her brokerage.

By 2022, ready to elevate her services and expand her network, Martha joined Summit Sotheby’s International Realty—Utah’s premier brokerage known for its full-time, in-house teams specializing in marketing, advertising, photography, videography, accounting, and transaction management. The global Sotheby’s brand aligned with her values of excellence, professionalism, and meaningful client relationships. Martha has earned her Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation and has consistently ranked among the top 1% real estate professionals in the Salt Lake City market. Known for her strong work ethic, caring nature, and unmatched negotiation skills, she goes beyond the role of sales professional, serving as a trusted advisor with the goal of being a lifelong referral partner.

Her business is built primarily on referrals and repeat clients which is a testament to the exceptional service and results she delivers. One of her most notable clients, a world-renowned interior designer and luxury real estate investor, first relocated from China to Salt Lake City with Martha’s guidance years ago. Their professional partnership has continued across multiple projects, including a 2025 showcase collaboration for the Salt Lake Parade of Homes. Outside of real estate, Martha is a devoted mom to her daughter and son. She finds joy in Utah’s incredible mountains, skiing and biking whenever she can. She also enjoys live music, jiu jitsu, Olympic weightlifting, great food, supporting local businesses, and spending quality time with friends and family.
