Margo Fochler

Sales associate Margo Fochler brings a lengthy and impressive career in the real estate market to the Village office of Premier Sotheby's International Realty. Since 2001, she has been actively engaged as a full-time REALTOR®, specializing in luxury condominiums, single-family homes and villas. Margo is honored to be recognized within the top 1.5% of real estate professionals nationwide and among the Top 500 in the state of Florida in sales volume by RealTrends America's Best. Additionally, she was recently inducted into Club 1744, Premier Sotheby's International Realty's exclusive group of the top real estate advisors in the company.

Having begun her real estate career at a large boutique brokerage in Minneapolis, Margo transitioned to working with a popular developer, marketing and selling luxury properties in the city's in-demand downtown area. She was honored as a Super Real Estate Agent in the Minneapolis/St. Paul market, nominated by past customers based on her customer service, integrity, market knowledge, communication, negotiation, closing preparation, ability to find the right home and overall satisfaction.

≠Margo is a graduate of St. Mary's College of Notre Dame, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in humanistic studies, and the University of Minnesota, where she received a master's degree in human resource development. Prior to real estate, she worked in sales, training and development with the airline industry.

As a representative for both buyers and sellers in complex negotiations and transactions, Margo has honed her skills in staging and social media marketing, which truly sets her listings apart. It is her personal mission to provide exemplary service to her customers, putting their needs and best interests first as she dedicates herself to making the home buying and selling process smooth and enjoyable.

A frequent visitor to Naples ever since her parents purchased a property there over 30 years ago, Margo proudly now calls the area home herself. She is a member of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS® and Florida REALTORS®. When she's not dedicating herself to her customers, Margo enjoys playing tennis, boating, reading, spending time with family and friends, and volunteering with The Shelter for Abused Women and Children, St. Matthew's House and NPH USA. She welcomes sharing her passion for all that Naples has to offer and helping her customers find a property that meets their unique wants and needs.
