Kristina Hutchison

Kristina Hutchison arrived in northwest Florida in the early 2010s, after a series of jobs in military housing while her husband served at military bases in Fort Benning and, later, Savannah, Georgia. When a management position opened that she was interested in at Eglin Air Force Base, the couple relocated to the Emerald Coast.

Originally from Columbus, Georgia, Kristina got into real estate a few years later, partnering with her husband who started his own construction company. A graduate of the University of Phoenix with a bachelor's degree in business administration, she came to Scenic Sotheby's International Realty in 2019, partnering first with another agent and then launching her own business.

Kristina's passion is people. She enjoys meeting new people, talking to people and helping make their real estate dreams come true. She works primarily with second-home buyers in Sandestin and along Scenic Highway 30A. She is diligent in tracking down information buyers and sellers need and is thoughtful in staying on top of communication with clients and other agents.

An animal lover and advocate, Kristina also enjoys shopping and traveling (a favorite is the Cayman Islands) and is a big John Travolta fan. She and her husband, Wylie, have one daughter, Madison, and two Boston terriers, Oliver and Duchess.
