Marwah Fawcett

Marwah Fawcett is Egyptian by nationality and was born in the Hague, Holland. After growing up in Calgary, Canada, the Memorial Area of Houston became home for her at the age of 14. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in business from The University of Texas.

Prior to joining the world of real estate, she worked as a Health and Welfare Consultant for 12 years. Marwah's background is rich in the client service industry as she was the employee advocate with insurance companies, educated on compliance and legislative issues and reviewed plan documents and contracts. Financial analysis and negotiating renewals were an intricate part of her job description that would later play a significant role in her success as a realtor.

As she bridged into real estate, the accomplishments from previous endeavors proved to be invaluable to her success in the world of real estate. Marwah is known for her keen eye for detail, incredible people skills, trustworthiness, and reliability. These are her top priority when guiding her clients through a real estate transaction. She stands behind her sterling reputation of credibility and responsiveness as she assists her clients in the journey of buying or selling a home.

Marwah has extraordinary negotiation skills and is committed to providing a seamless transaction from contract to closing. She understands the importance of staying abreast of the latest market trends in all of Houston's premier neighborhoods in which she sells. A 'people person,' it is of utmost importance to Marwah that each transaction is a win-win for all parties involved.

When time allows, Marwah loves to travel, entertain, cook and spend time at her family. She is active in the Spring Branch Middle School and Memorial High School PTA’s where her children attend.
