Julie Martin combines sharp market knowledge with a heartfelt approach, making her a trusted guide for buyers and sellers alike. Originally from North Carolina, she earned her degree in business logistics with a minor in psychology from the University of Tennessee before beginning a career in project management with Nabisco and Kraft Foods. Those years of frequent moves gave her a deep appreciation for both the excitement and challenges of finding “home.”

When her youngest started kindergarten, Julie turned that experience into a calling, earning her real estate license and quickly building a reputation as an advisor who listens, cares and delivers. As a Certified Relocation Specialist, she has helped countless families through transitions big and small, always focused on matching homes to lifestyles. Clients describe her as professional, straightforward and deeply genuine — someone who sees real estate as more than transactions but as life milestones.

Julie also has a special gift for guiding clients through unique or sensitive circumstances — whether it’s navigating a relocation, downsizing for aging parents, handling a sale during divorce, managing a family estate or helping families with children who have special needs. With compassion and respect, she provides steady support during life’s most meaningful transitions.

For more than 20 years, Julie has called Atlanta home, specializing in the North Atlanta suburbs of Milton, Alpharetta, Cumming, Canton, Roswell and Johns Creek. She knows that understanding a community is just as important as knowing the market, and she works tirelessly to ensure her clients feel informed and confident every step of the way.

Giving back is central to who she is. Julie is active in Birmingham United Methodist Church, supports Rescue Me Georgia and volunteers with North Fulton Community Charities. Away from real estate, she treasures time with her family, loves long walks with her rescue dogs, stays active at the gym and enjoys baking.
