Odie primarily resides in Toronto where she has been living for 30 years and shares her vast expertise in up & coming areas within the GTA and Niagara region. Besides Toronto, Odie has lived in LA, Miami, Las Vegas, New York & Pittsburgh. Having moved & relocated 6 times personally, Odie shares her expertise in cross border relocation, decluttering & logistics. Odie's networks include NHL, MLB, NBA, professional athletes, actors & artists. In 2024, Odie joined the Elite Sport Network. Born in Thailand but raised in Niagara. Summer jobs meant working the farms of the Niagara region educating Odie on the intricacies of land development and agriculture. Most recently, Odie acquired a 93 acre farm in Niagara and farms Hazelnuts, Christmas trees & hay which she works when not selling real estate or spending time in Pittsburgh.
A background in technology creating apps, consulting and building websites for brokerages inspired Odie to enter the real estate industry. While utilizing the latest technologies, market research and business strategies to exceed client expectations, Odie listens, finding solutions that are tailored to her clients whether it be a home, condo, real estate investment, relocation or commercial property.
As a widow & care giver to her late husband, Odie personally navigated through wills, estate planning & after care scenarios allowing her to understand the delicate topics involved. These situations require personal care, attention & detail. Odie guides her clients & ensures a seamless hands-on approach to the many changes whether it be downsizing, divorce or death.
Odie is devoted to being an active member of the south Etobicoke community, raising awareness for Brain cancer in honour of her late husband and attending NHL & PWHL games.
