A Spring Lake native, Chris Heine joined Ward Wight Sotheby’s International Realty in 2009 and services a diverse portfolio of clients and listings. With a strong background in customer service, finance and marketing, Chris has been a company Top Producer by offering a unique set of skills to buyers, sellers, tenants, landlords, and investors and business owners for over 20 years. A former hospitality manager and restaurant owner with over 20 years experience in the food service and conference center industries, Chris sets himself apart by listening to his clients and thoroughly understanding their needs, coupled with providing superior customer service and maintaining an unrivaled knowledge of the local market. Chris holds a B.S. degree in Finance from Georgetown University, an MBA in Finance from New York University, and the NAR designations of GREEN (Green REsources Council), ABR ( Accredited Buyer Representative) and SRES ( Senior Real Estate Specialist). He is also a NJAR Circle of Excellence Award winner (2014-2018, 2020,2021). Chris has been an active member and volunteer for several local charitable and community organizations. Chris is a licensed real estate salesperson in New Jersey and a member of the National Association of Realtors, the New Jersey Association of Realtors, and the Monmouth Ocean Regional Realtors.
