Château de Fonteneau, built in 1756, is in the classical French style, with facades of pure architectural lines that are now listed. Set in the heart of a 6-hectare estate with partially open parklands and wooded areas, it features a stream that forms a pond with a triple, fan-shaped waterfall. Originally, the 1,100 m² castle was completed by two pavilions located at the ends of the main building. Only one of the two pavilions remains, while the second has been converted into a belvedere terrace.

Inside the main building, a period vestibule leads to three adjoining reception rooms and a lounge, complemented by a study, a dining kitchen and scullery, and a conservatory with a fireplace. The first floor comprises 7 bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as a study and a cosy library room. The château also features a gym, a massage room with sauna and hammam and a concierge service. In the heart of the grounds, there is a small "theatre" in which it is possible to create a workspace with a 2-car garage.
