She spent every summer of her childhood exploring the Outer Banks — from the quiet charm of Ocracoke Island to the wild dunes of Penny’s Hill in Carova. In 1988, she turned that passion into a profession, making the Outer Banks her permanent home and launching a career in real estate that has spanned nearly four decades. Throughout her career, Jackson has earned a reputation as a top-producing broker, consistently recognized for her sound judgment, market expertise, and leadership. Her career began in general brokerage before she moved into development sales, spending over a decade at The Currituck Club in Corolla. There, she played a key role in shaping one of the area’s premier coastal communities. She later joined a local firm, where she expanded her offerings and continued to build a loyal base of repeat and referral clients.
