My name is Matthias Blume and I originally come from East Frisia, Germany. As a qualified IHK real estate agent, I have gained extensive experience in various areas of the real estate industry, particularly in the management and letting of condominium associations and rental properties.

As a Consultant at Niedersachsen Bremen Sotheby's International Realty, I was able to further expand my specialist knowledge and gain valuable experience in exclusive real estate brokerage. I have deepened my expertise and perfected my dealings with demanding clientele.

My work focuses on providing the best possible support and advice to our clients. My aim is to develop customized solutions that are individually tailored to the needs and wishes of my clients. In doing so, I attach particular importance to sound specialist knowledge, precise and transparent communication and efficient implementation of the jointly agreed objectives.

In addition to my passion for real estate, sport also plays a central role in my life. Through sport, I have internalized discipline, teamwork and strategic thinking - qualities that also distinguish me in my professional environment.

In addition to my professional qualifications, I took part in an external exchange program in Montgomery, Alabama. This international experience enabled me to apply my specialist knowledge in English and strengthen my intercultural skills. As a result, I am able to provide high-quality, customer-oriented support in both German and English-speaking countries.
