Evynn LeValley

Evynn LeValley grew up on the Carmel Valley river, in a 1920s redwood cabin. She is a third-generation native of the Monterey Peninsula, calling both Carmel Valley and Big Sur home. Evynn's passion for real estate was spurred by her own experience in becoming a homeowner, enjoying the benefits of equity and gaining extensive experience in managing home remodeling, landscaping, and maintenance projects. She is an avid watchdog of the ever-changing market, and stays on top of current home values, listings, and trends. Evynn has experience with investment properties, fixer uppers, and turnkey homes.
