Scott Loos

Scott Loos is a long time Santa Ynez Valley resident. As a member of The Brady Group, he offers a depth of knowledge and passion for what the Santa Ynez Valley lifestyle has to offer. Scott's real estate experience includes residential transactions, rental property management, along with multi-family and commercial property investment. He believes the keys to successful real estate transactions lie in listening to client objectives, asking questions, sharing market insights and trends, and formulating a comprehensive go to market strategy whether servicing the listing or buy side of the transaction.

Prior to joining The Brady Group, Scott spent 36 years as a marketing, advertising, and media sales professional representing brands such as FedEx, Disneyland, Comedy Central, Universal Music Group, and Sony's Game Show Network, developing an expertise for bringing brands to market and driving revenue.

Scott raised two daughters in the Santa Ynez Valley, watching them flourish through local schools, sports, and dance. He enjoys giving them guidance as they embark on their early careers. An active member of the Santa Ynez Valley equestrian community, Scott competes regularly at Santa Ynez Valley Penning Association and the Fiesta Stock Horse Show and Rodeo. He is a graduate of the University of Oregon, earning a Bachelor of Science in journalism/advertising.
