Jim Moran

Jim has had a long and successful career in the real estate industry. He started in 1976 as a residential broker and co-owner of a national real estate franchise in Northern California. During this time, he primarily focused on providing corporate relocation counseling for major companies such as Pacific Bell, Chevron, and Hewlett Packard.

In 1987, Jim transitioned to become the internal real estate manager for the second largest savings and loan institution in the country. In this role, he was responsible for negotiating numerous transactions involving the acquisition and disposal of bank-owned properties in various marketplaces.

As a banking executive, Jim conducted trainings for employees, mortgage brokers, and realtors, covering a wide range of topics including marketing, negotiation, appraisal, investment analysis, underwriting, loan packaging, and compliance. He also served as a Continuing Education Instructor, providing licensing courses in Washington, Oregon, and California.

Jim's expertise and dedication to the real estate profession have earned him several accolades. He is a certified instructor for the National Association of Realtors Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) program.
