A Provincetown resident for more than thirty years, Joan Lenane has fueled her rise to success with an unparalleled commitment to helping her clients realize their dreams.

Joan’s vast experience representing buyers and sellers on Cape Cod includes residential, commercial, and investment transactions, giving her clients the competitive edge necessary to close deals of every shape and size. After purchasing her first vacation home on the Cape, Joan turned the region into her full-time home before working as general manager of the Provincetown Banner, where she built lasting relationships with the Provincetown community. Today, with exceptional communication skills and in-depth market knowledge, she is a calm, confident problem solver and a true partner to every client.

Joan is a member of the Cape Cod and Islands Association of REALTORS® and has earned premier credentials including Accredited Buyer’s Representative®, Seller Representative Specialist, and Pricing Strategy Advisor. She holds a BA from SUNY Oneonta and is a proud advocate for local and national non-profit organizations focused on equality, food security, and health care access.
