Pam Elledge

A native Atlantan with more than 30 years of sales experience, Pam has consistently been successful in her real estate endeavors. As a result of her extensive corporate background, Pam uses her sales, marketing and sharp negotiating skills to ensure a client-focused, solutions approach in working with buyers and sellers. In her view, real estate is simple – you must take an honest and committed approach and give 100% to your clients.

Pam has brokered numerous luxury sales and is experienced with new construction, having been involved in the building process of custom homes with builders and clients from design concept to completion.

Pam earned her undergraduate degree from Georgia State University and other sales and marketing leadership certificates during her 25+ year career in leading Delta Air Lines’ Worldwide Sales Team. Mentoring, leading and helping a team of more than 300 was one of the most significant achievements in her corporate career. Consistently achieving success as a top performer in the real estate sector and assisting clients is another proud achievement. Pam resides in Marietta with her husband and is actively involved in the community and the Marietta First United Methodist Church.

Courtney Perry

A graduate of the University of Georgia, Courtney has an undergraduate degree in Communications and Design. Her previous success in sales and her negotiating experience, along with her savvy design skills, provide the attributes needed for her sellers and buyers in a highly competitive market. Courtney’s natural sense of creativity and style provides a fresh outlook to her sellers with the best approach to optimize the price achieved. For her buyers, her creativity offers solutions in home architecture and design, while her sales experience and negotiating skills ensure a well-rounded approach to achieving the best results.

Courtney’s most significant achievements and passion have been in assisting her clients each step of the way in the sale and purchase of their home -- increasing their real estate ownership through equity gained in the sale of their home or through representing first-time homebuyers who are looking to increase their real estate ownership. She is also actively involved in the sale of new construction homes.

Courtney resides in Alpharetta with her husband and daughter, and their cockapoo. She is actively engaged in the Alpharetta, Sandy Springs and Roswell communities and North Point Community Church.
