Natalie Poling is a Central California native with a Bachelor of Science in business from Cal Poly University, San Luis Obispo. After graduating, she spent over a decade managing multi-million-dollar stores for two leading fashion and retail companies. Natalie then transitioned into real estate in the Bay Area, where she served as the director of operations for a firm specializing in senior client services. There, she helped clients navigate the emotional and logistical challenges of transitioning from their family homes to retirement living, earning praise for her organizational skills and ability to create smooth, stress-free moves during a challenging time.
