Before establishing his real estate career in Oregon, Erik owned and operated an appraisal firm in Breckenridge, Colorado while also working for the area's premier developer. Collaborating with developers, lenders, and homeowners on projects that shaped his expertise in construction, lending, and market trends.

Rooted in Bend, Erik and his wife, a local teacher, have raised two teenagers who share their love for biking, skiing, and outdoor adventure. “Real estate is personal,” he says. “It’s about understanding lifestyle as much as price, and finding the right fit for every stage of life.”
