A sixth generation Texan, Sarah Hudgins' family was part of the first 300 American families to enter Texas. They later established the J.D. Hudgins Ranch, the largest American Grey Brahma ranch in the world. Steeped in history and a love for the city of Houston, Sarah utilizes her 27 years of real estate experience to provide buyers and sellers a seamless transaction from contract to closing.

She served as Regent of the American Revolution Comfort Wood Chapter, Vice President of the ESD 3, a taxing entity board, Board of Directors of the ARC of Wharton and Location Leader for Wreaths Across America. She was named State of Texas Citizen of the Year by the Texas DAR, and appointed as an Admiral in the Texas Navy by Governor Rick Perry. She organized and had voted into law, four Texas Memorial Highways, and in 2023 , she received the Yellow Rose of Texas Commission by the Governor of Texas.
