Years later, she became the first in her family to earn a university degree from Toronto Metropolitan University, trading city life for the stunning landscapes of British Columbia.
Natalie's professional journey began in commercial real estate with Cadillac Fairview, later Oxford Properties Group and Primaris Retail REIT, where she honed her skills in marketing, negotiation, and client service. This chapter laid a solid groundwork for her career, earning her accolades including several nominations to the Leaders Circle by her peers.
In 2009, Natalie met her future husband, Kelly Benedet, and together they embarked on a journey of designing and building custom homes in the Okanagan. This collaboration enriched her understanding of residential development and melded her design sensibilities with construction expertise.
In 2011, she redirected her marketing talents toward philanthropy, joining the Kelowna General Hospital Foundation. During her time there, she led the initiative to raise $12 million to enhance surgical services and the region’s first open-heart surgical program - an achievement that reflects her commitment to community impact.
By 2019, Natalie found the ideal platform to integrate her marketing, residential development, and client service experience as a real estate advisor with Sotheby’s International Realty Canada. She has continually adapted to the evolving market, bringing creativity and insight to her clients.
