Karen Moreau

Karen Moreau is a licensed salesperson with the Stein Team, which consistently ranks within the top 1% of Sotheby’s International Realty brokers nationwide and sells in excess of $200,000,000 annually. They have also repeatedly been recognized as the #1 producing sales team with Sotheby’s International Realty - Downtown Manhattan Brokerage, a top 5 sales team companywide, and a top 75 team in the United States by The Wall Street Journal. Karen's passion for New York City and all things home and design related is what initially drew her to New York real estate.

Prior to joining Sotheby’s International Realty, Karen spent 15 years in luxury sales and client services. She worked in corporate fashion at CHANEL as well as in the creative agency world, providing branding and marketing consulting to some of the world’s leading corporations, including Microsoft and Johnson & Johnson. Her extensive experience in business development as well as her honed creative eye give her the ability to truly add value to her clients across the entire process of buying or selling a home. Her long career in client services has taught her to listen intently to her clients' needs as well as manage a process efficiently and meticulously. She brings passion, dedication, and vision to everything she does.

Prior to making New York City her home over 20 years ago, Karen lived all over the world including Texas, Saudi Arabia, and California. Moving around so often taught her invaluable lessons about being adaptable, outgoing, and savvy. She graduated with honors from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. She has lived and worked all over Manhattan and currently resides in a co-op in Carnegie Hill with her husband and their two children. She has an intimate knowledge of the city’s neighborhoods and keen insight into the schools, organizations, and properties that make raising a family in Manhattan so extraordinary.
