Denise Talbert

Having lived in South Carolina her entire life and the Pawleys Island area for over 31 years, Denise Talbert is passionate about sharing her love for this area with everyone she meets. She takes advantage of all of the wonderful things that Georgetown County and Horry have to offer. She loves being on the rivers and ocean observing amazing wildlife and relaxing. She also enjoys golf, tennis, gardening, shopping, dining out, dancing and traveling. Denise is dedicated to both her family and work. In the past, she has taught middle school language arts, coached volleyball and softball, assisted in her husband's law office, managed personal rental property locally and internationally, and has been a licensed residential builder. She is a member of the Presbyterian Church and has been involved with many different church organizations including the YMCA in the past. Her belief is that in order to serve others you must be well rounded and patient. It’s important to bring personal life experiences to the table in order to help others find a home that is in an area that not only meets the criteria for the house needed, but will be a place where the entire family can grow and thrive doing things they too are passionate about.
