A University of Oregon alumna, Erin began her career in marketing and advertising with stints in Chicago, New York, and San Francisco before following her heart home to Bend in 2012. For more than a decade since, she’s been a driving force with The Ladd Group—Oregon’s top-performing team with $1B+ in real estate sales during its tenure—and has personally closed $250M+ across Central Oregon.

Erin specializes in luxury residential real estate, bringing new-construction developments to life, and delivering record results for signature estate and acreage properties. Erin and her husband are raising two boys who travel for seven sports and a baby girl who happily tags along to the ball fields. Off the clock, she’s running long distances, climbing tall peaks, paddling clear lakes, and skiing deep snow—living the Central Oregon life she sells.
