Hunter Homes

Raised in Westchester County New York along the Hudson River Hunter moved to Colorado to attend Colorado State University. Once living in the Rocky Mountain region there was no turning back. Experiencing the rivers in Montana Idaho Canada and the Grand Canyon and working for years as an adventure whitewater river guide Hunter knew he had found a home in this pristine wilderness. In the winters he was involved in avalanche control work and rescues and honed his mountain medical skills at Alta Utah. He took that experience and trained and attended the University of Utah Medical School Physician Assistant programfrom there he worked in the fields of Orthopedics and Neurosurgery.Hunter moved to Whitefish in 1976 and has been a Realtor in the Flathead Valley for the past 10 years. Hunter is involved in the community volunteering as a committee member for the Whitefish Bike and Pedestrian Trial committee for the past 8 years works to help with the Whitefish Farmers Market and along with the Whitefish Community Theatre.
