Gwen Heggan

Gwen is a native Floridian, born and raised in Venice. Her knowledge of the area and its market is unsurpassed, giving her clients that southern hospitality in real estate. A top-producing REALTOR® since 2000, specializing in Sarasota, Charlotte and DeSoto counties, Gwen has excelled in residential, relocation, new home sales, acreage, rezoning and development.

Prior to beginning her real estate career, she was a retail manager for a department store managing up to 40 employees in the operations, merchandise presentation and sales for over 19 years, giving her a take-charge attitude with unsurpassed customer service, reliability and honesty. Before joining Signature Sotheby's International Realty, now Premier Sotheby's International Realty, Gwen was also affiliated with a national real estate firm and a local real estate agency in Venice.

She has a son in the U.S. Army and a teenage daughter and when relaxing she enjoys spending time with friends and family, jet skiing and riding motorcycles. Gwen's specialty is satisfied customers!
