I’m Stacy Brunson, a globally minded Austin native with a deep love for my city and over twenty years of real estate experience. Real estate runs deep in my family. I’m the great-granddaughter of Austin’s first real estate agency founder, and with over 120 years of family legacy in Austin real estate, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the city’s history, its evolving neighborhoods, and the trends shaping its future. From Tarrytown and Travis Heights to Lake Austin and the Hill Country Galleria, I help clients navigate Austin’s most sought-after areas with confidence and clarity.

My style is calm, collaborative, and quietly persistent. I view each transaction as a partnership, and I’m here not just to help you make informed decisions, but to listen carefully, negotiate skillfully, and guide you with integrity from contract to closing and beyond. In addition to holding the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI) designations, I currently serve as the Global Ambassador to Canada for the Austin Board of REALTORS®, and contribute to both state and local global advisory groups. My academic background includes a degree in Spanish from the University of Texas and a graduate degree in healthcare administration from Trinity University, reflecting my lifelong commitment to service and communication.
