Sheri Hagerty

Sheri grew up in Raleigh and has had a front-row seat to its remarkable growth. She combines an insider’s knowledge of the market with an extraordinary work ethic and a singular commitment to customer service. Having had the privilege of working with many of the area’s custom builders in selling new construction throughout the Triangle, she is versed in new homes as well as green building and Energy Star certified homes.


Sheri’s comprehensive understanding of Triangle trends and developments gives her clients a unique advantage in evaluating their options and making informed decisions. Through her extensive business network and her connections through Sotheby’s International Realty, she is an incredible asset when moving locally in the Triangle or anywhere in the world.


Always the consummate professional, Sheri has built a successful real estate career on one simple premise: To provide the best service imaginable. The success of that principle is reflected in the numerous accolades her business has received, including being nominated as one of the Top 25 REALTORS® in the Triangle by the Triangle Business Journal in 2012. In 2015, The Sheri Hagerty Group received the Top Residential Team Award from the Triangle Business Journal. In the beginning of 2018, Sheri was elected into the Luxury Home Marketing Group of the Triangle, a coalition of only 14 REALTORS® specializing in the upper-end market who share knowledge and marketing expertise with each other and their clients. Sheri was the listing broker and lead sponsor for the DJF Builders’ Designer Showhome in 2017 benefitting The Boys & Girls Club of Wake County, an endeavor that ultimately earned the foundation upwards of $350,000.


Sheri received her education in New York City from The Fashion Institute of Technology in the early nineties. She now lives in Raleigh and has been a leader in her industry since 2005. She is the mother of a 17-year old son who attends Broughton High School.
