A native of Perquimans County, Pamela earned her bachelor's degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond. Following college, she followed her passion for sunshine and adventure to Miami where she completed her MBA at Barry University. Pamela began her career working for an international consulting firm focused on real estate and tourism projects in South America and the Caribbean. After several corporate moves including stops in Nashville, TN and southern California, Pamela, husband Bob, and their daughter returned to Boca Raton, FL where Pamela transitioned her real estate knowledge into the local market. Over the years, she worked across Florida from Boca Raton to Naples, gaining traction in luxury and resort properties. Eventually, her deep roots in Northeastern North Carolina brought her back to Edenton where she and her husband purchased and restored a home in the historic Edenton Cotton Mill Village. She remains licensed in both Florida and North Carolina and has jumped into the local market with enthusiasm. Pamela knows the lay of our land well and has extensive knowledge and sales experience at Albemarle Plantation as well as throughout the Albemarle region. Pamela serves on the Main Street Board of Downtown Hertford and is a member of the Edenton Tea Party Chapter of the DAR, as well as St. Paul’s Episcopal Church. Her love of travel continues, especially to Black Mountain, NC, where she enjoys discovering the world through the eyes of her preschool aged grandson. Pamela’s local roots combined with her experience of living in other parts of the country provide her with the ability to relate and work with both local and newcomer buyers and sellers.
