Kimberly "Kim" Fio Rito

Kim is an experienced business professional having spent twenty years in sales, customer service and account management.

Kim's passion for real estate began at the age of sixteen, working as a receptionist and transaction manager for her aunt; a top-producing New York City broker. Her career path after college took her into the advertising industry, but her interest in real estate never faded. Over the last fifteen years she has witnessed her husband’s fifteen-year climb, and all that goes with it, as he became an established real estate developer in Hudson County. Through her drive to succeed and family experiences, Kim has gained the real estate acumen and understanding to convey accurate market insight and with her experience in the advertising industry, the ability to deliver outstanding customer service.

As a professional real estate agent, Kim is renowned for her superior work ethic. Always providing excellent service and results to a parade of buyers and sellers by her 24-7 availability and innovative marketing approach. This “client first” philosophy has always been her approach and it requires her to continually improve her skills and ways of doing business.

Originally from New York City, Kim graduated from St. John's University with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Arts.
