Cathy Slusher

A long-time Park City resident and entrepreneur, Cathy provides incomparable knowledge of the Park City real estate market. Her success began in 1987 as the co-founder of C&S Creative Services, Inc. - an award-winning advertising agency specializing in Utah real estate and resort clientele. Her results-driven strategies led to the sale of billions of dollars in luxury real estate throughout Utah.
An active member of the Park City Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors, Cathy has been recognized for her professional achievements, including receiving the Gold Achievement Award, placing her among the top 1% of Berkshire Hathaway agents nationwide.
A community leader, Cathy was among the first participants in Park City’s Leadership 2000 program, working with government and non-profit entities toward building the community we all enjoy today. She was selected to participate in the first cohort of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program in Salt Lake City, placing her at the forefront of state economic development.
From creating unique marketing to providing the best professional vendors to ensuring the highest real estate transactions, Cathy works tirelessly to provide outstanding service to every client and customer, resulting in long-time friendships and a deep referral network.
When Cathy isn’t helping clients, she can be found hiking, skiing, practicing yoga, and sampling one of Park City’s many great restaurants. She and her husband, Skip, have raised two children in Park City and live in town with their horses, dogs and cat.
