Kevin Sharpe

Over the past 11 years, Kevin has been consistently recognized as one of the top-performing Agents at each of the real estate brokerages he has worked for. His strong belief in “old-fashioned” customer service and that a client’s interests should be protected and promoted at all times, has earned him the respect and loyalty of both his current and former clients.

What distinguishes Kevin within his profession is his unique understanding of the legal and financial aspects of a real estate transaction, and his in-depth knowledge of construction and development.

In early 2016, Kevin established his first real estate development company, which focused on small infill projects in the Ottawa area. As demand grew the company expanded into the Toronto market with a focus on “missing middle” housing options.

Just prior to joining Sotheby’s International Realty, Kevin helped launch Laurel Ridge Capital Management, a Toronto-based boutique alternative asset management firm, specializing in residential multifamily development projects across the Greater Toronto Area.

Kevin holds a BA in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours Business Administration) from the University of Windsor. He also holds an MBA with specializations in finance and international business from Wayne State University in Detroit Michigan and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Leicester in Leicester, England. Kevin is also a level II licensed mortgage agent.
