She has over 27 years of customer service experience, including many years as a successful hairstylist, building great relationships based on trust and a desire to make others happy. Even as a child, she had a curiosity for looking at houses so when it came time for a new career adventure, real estate was a natural fit. In both her personal and professional life, Shannon prides herself on knowing and supporting up-and-coming local businesses. Shannon shares her Northwest Austin home with her long-time partner Charlie Printy, daughter Molly, and a beloved King Charles Spaniel named Ginger.
