Before real estate, Juana spent over two decades in banking and marketing, serving as a Director of Marketing for community banks and later as a marketing consultant. These leadership roles taught her the importance of strategic planning, collaboration, and delivering exceptional customer service—skills she now uses to help clients achieve their real estate goals.
