Born and raised in San Clemente, California, Katie earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California and began her career path in law before a trip to Baja shifted everything. Captivated by the region’s natural beauty and vibrant lifestyle, she eventually made Los Cabos her home.

Since 2016, Katie has been a trusted real estate advisor in Los Cabos, known for her client-focused approach, strong market knowledge, and ability to guide buyers and sellers through every stage of the process. Her background in luxury hospitality and international travel gives her a refined understanding of service, while her California roots allow her to connect deeply with clients from the U.S. and Canada seeking the Baja dream.
