Frannie grew up visiting the Golden Isles as a child. In 2017, after graduating from the University of Mississippi with a B.A. in Marketing, she had the opportunity to make Saint Simons Island her permanent home. Falling more in love with the area as a resident than a vacationer prompted her to pursue a career helping those wanting to make this area their home a reality, whether it be a primary residence or a place to get away from it all.

The South is in Frannie’s blood, with one of the biggest traits being hospitality. She treats each client with warmth and openness, as you would want from the person helping you find your dream home. Her background in retail sales for a local boutique allows her to create a buying experience tailored for each client, and her strong organizational and administrative skills mean every detail is handled quickly and efficiently.

Frannie’s enjoyment of the Golden Isles stretches beyond her career as a REALTOR®. She volunteers as a 707 leader with the Gathering Place, is a First Baptist Church Brunswick member, and is involved in the PGA TOUR tournament held on the island each November, the RSM Classic. Frannie loves to travel and exercise and has completed two half marathons sponsored by Sea Island. She spends her free time enjoying coastal Georgia with her husband, Robbie, and their daughter, Collier.
