Nancy Wainwright

Nancy Parrish Wainwright has been a resident of St. Simons Island, Georgia since 1975. As a native of Savannah and a graduate of Georgia Southern University, her Georgia roots run deep. Nancy is the proud mother of two very successful sons, Trey and Adam Wainwright, who grew up on St. Simons Island and along with their families still call Georgia home. The whole family shares enthusiasm for baseball, especially when Adam is pitching for the St. Louis Cardinals! Nancy has been actively involved in many community and cultural organizations, and she has been a member of St. Simons Island Presbyterian Church since moving to 'the island.'

Nancy loves St. Simons Island, Sea Island and the Golden Isles! Her 20+ years of experience in the design and real estate markets of this area is extensive. The 8 years she spent as a Sea Island real estate agent are invaluable in assisting you with Sea Island properties.
