Caroline Allison

Caroline has been with the company since 2015. Her first year selling real estate, she was a top producer in the office and the Rookie of the Year—producing consistently ever since. For her, real estate has been her first career, not a later-in-life career transition—as is the case for many in the field. Caroline is a Greenville native, but raised by parents from the UK and Pacific Northwest, meaning she can understand the mindset of a born Greenvillian and, because of her parents and upbringing, the vantage point of someone who is new to the area.

Her ability to see Greenville through multiple lenses doesn’t end there. Caroline also has the advantage of multiple Greenville area perspectives. She grew up on the Eastside and knows it like the back of her hand—call her if you are stuck in Pelham Road traffic, she knows how to navigate the backroads. She has lived in Alta Vista, within walking distance of Downtown, and has since relocated near the North Main area. She has come to know and love multiple neighborhoods and understands the value of a local community.

A lifelong student, Caroline continues to cultivate her knowledge of neighborhoods to help all her clients get the inside scoop on Upstate South Carolina living. Caroline graduated from the College of Charleston with an Honors College Degree, a bachelor’s in Psychology, and a bachelor’s in Religious Studies. While in college, she spent a brief three months studying abroad in Nottingham, England. Upon her return to Greenville after graduation, Caroline was a nanny for two of Joan Herlong’s granddaughters, and gained an interest in real estate as she slowly took on increasing roles within Joan’s real estate company. She was fortunate to learn the business from the inside out, picking up tips, tricks, and business savvy from the top producers within the company, who were, not so coincidentally, also the top producers in the Greenville area.

On the weekends you can find Caroline on the Prisma Health Swamp Rabbit & Paris Mountain trails with her sweet German Shepherds, shopping at the Greenville and Travelers Rest farmers’ markets, and exploring new and old Greenville restaurants with her husband—paying special attention to wine pairings.

Year to year Caroline earns President’s Circle Award honors for doing more than $5 million in sales.
