Etienne Delpech

A graduate of Inseec Business School with a degree in finance and asset management, Etienne did most of his post graduate career abroad (Singapore, Germany, UK, USA). After 7 months at One Sotheby’s International Realty, in Miami and Fort Lauderdale, USA (leaders of Florida prestigious real estate) as a junior broker, he joined Bordeaux Sotheby’s International Realty bringing in a new vision and a very technical approach to our business. His specialty is assets and taxes for new and old real estate. Born to a family of architects, Etienne will marry his precise knowledge of construction with that of finance to accompany you in your real estate projects.
