Ashley Muldoon

Ashley is a top-ranked, seasoned realtor with a diverse 25-year career in luxury new development and multi-residential properties. She has closed over $500 million in sales over an increasingly progressive career. Ashley prides herself on being a skilled negotiator who is pivotal in fostering record setting sales figures and building long term, repeat client relationships.

She has a proven ability to navigate complex real estate landscapes. She specializes in the upper brackets and is unwavering in her dedication and commitment to her clients. A native Virginian, Ashley graduated from The University of Virginia in 1994 with a BA in Psychology and a minor in French. She is passionately involved in the Operation Smile charity and travels internationally on medical charity missions as a student sponsor. Ashley also facilitates fundraising efforts for a locally-based charity called Ability Fitness, an exercise center in Northern Virginia for people living with paralysis.

Ashley is married to Joe Muldoon and lives on a farm in Poolesville, Maryland. When she isn’t helping clients buy or sell houses, she enjoys spending her free time riding horses, running, cooking, reading, watching movies and traveling to their second home in Palm Beach.
