Originally from Pennsylvania, Kelly has owned investment property in the Outer Banks for over ​27 years. As part of an investment team, she has developed, designed and managed some of the largest revenue producing oceanfront properties in the Outer Banks. Kelly was a featured agent on HGTV’s Beachfront Bargain Hunt and enjoys introducing the wonder and beauty of the Outer Banks to new clients. Her background includes a Marketing degree from Pennsylvania State University and a Paralegal designation in Corporate Law. She holds the RSPS, GRI and PSA designation in Real Estate. Kelly has three children, two UNC Chapel Hill alumni and one UNC Wilmington graduate. She spends her free time traveling with her family and friends.
