Kelly Schroter

Approachable and goal-driven, Kelly Schroter enjoys using her real estate expertise to share her love of North Georgia and pass along a heritage of homeownership imparted to her by her parents. A Georgia native with a deep passion for nature, animals and the mountains, she has been a Blue Ridge resident since 1995. Her knowledge of the area—particularly of new construction and investment properties—and her partnerships with both Log Cabins of Yellowstone and luxury tree house builders give her clients a distinct edge.

Shaped by her father’s love for the industry, Kelly was inspired by her dad’s enthusiasm and her mother’s belief in pursuing a fulfilling career. Taught to value land and homeownership, she also loved the way real estate allowed her to blend the pleasure of meeting new people with the freedom to explore a place embedded so deeply in her heart. It provides endless opportunities to build community, such as the single phone call from a yard sign (her “golden sign”) that led to multiple meaningful relationships and successful transactions. She relishes the process of finding the right buyer or investigating options for the perfect investment property. Known for her ability to truly listen and pay attention to her clients’ needs and provide dedicated attention through limiting her client roster, Kelly emphasizes a high level of service necessary to achieve successful outcomes.

Specializing in the Blue Ridge Mountains, Kelly works with clients throughout North Georgia and Western North Carolina. With an extensive track record along the GA-515/US-76 corridor, as well as in Cherokee and Clay Counties in North Carolina, her in-depth area knowledge positions her as a trusted local expert. Whether assisting clients with full-time home purchases, second homes for mountain getaways or properties for vacation or long-term rentals, her experience guides clients in finding the perfect fit for their lifestyle and income goals.

Beyond real estate, Kelly’s love for children is evident through her involvement as Chairman of the Board for her local DCFS office. She is also a dedicated yoga instructor and has a soft spot for stray animals. When she’s not working with clients, she enjoys being an involved grandmother and spending quality time with her family.
