Kathryn Principe

"Integrity, respect, honesty, and commitment to excellence" are the words Kathryn Principe lives by. A native Houstonian, she grew up spending many weekends at Open Houses with her mother Mary Kay Casey, a lifelong Houston realtor. After a 22-year career as a global technology consultant working with C-suite executives to deliver large-scale projects, Kathryn recognized real estate was in her DNA and uses her organizational skills, network, and drive to help her clients achieve their goals. She brings expertise not only in making a home look its best, but also in remodeling older homes, owning and managing investment properties, and new construction. Kathryn's strong analytical and technical skills help clients succeed in the real estate market. She builds respectful and trusting relationships, always going the extra mile to ensure her clients have the information and understanding needed to make thoughtful and educated decisions.

Kathryn is well-connected in the community. Her extensive volunteer experience includes serving as a Peace Corp Volunteer in Kenya, president of the River Oaks Elementary PTO and assistant scoutmaster with Scouts BSA. She is an active member of the St. John's Alumni Board, the Parent's Guild at St. John's School, the West University Little League Auxiliary Board, and is a committee chair with the Strake Jesuit Mothers' Club.

A dedicated wife and mother of two teenage sons, Kathryn focuses in the River Oaks, Southampton, West University, Bellaire, Braes Heights, Tanglewood, Heights, and Memorial Park areas. She enjoys partnering with her clients to create a positive, meaningful, and fulfilling experience in the Houston real estate market.
