Eric was born and raised in Bethesda, Maryland, and made his way to State College, Pennsylvania to study broadcast journalism at Penn State. Shortly after graduation, Eric worked briefly at WAMU in Washington, D.C. He subsequently enrolled in The Columbia School of Broadcasting in Virginia from which he received the Broadcasting certification that launched his production and on-air traffic reporter career for stations across D.C., Virginia, and Maryland. If you listen closely, you may even hear him doing fill-in traffic reporting right around the corner from WBAL! Eric decided to shift careers in 2010 to allow more time and professional flexibility for his growing family. He met Jeff Nelson shortly after entering the real estate business and the two have been working to support one another ever since. Eric has admired the Sotheby's International Realty brand from afar for a long time and knows our company is highly respected in the industry and community. Eric is very involved in his community as the leader of Cub Scout Pack 319 in Towson and is also on the board of the PTA at Riderwood Elementary School. He enjoys sports and spending time with his family and three children.
