Nicole Donnelly Martin

Nicole is the Owner and Managing Broker at Vashon Island Sotheby's International Realty and is recognized as one of the top-selling agents in the Puget Sound region. Her success stems from her unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service, the highest ethical standards, and a consultative, client-focused approach that consistently delivers outstanding results. Nicole’s business thrives on referrals from satisfied clients and her reputation as a high-integrity, high-performance professional. With a strong background in marketing and business management, Nicole spent over 18 years in leadership roles in marketing and e-commerce, primarily for luxury brands. During that time, she founded a business development consultancy and served as the Director of Marketing for Women’s Apparel at Nordstrom, Inc. Nicole holds a business degree from Gonzaga University and also studied at the University of San Diego. A proud third-generation islander, Nicole grew up on Vashon and returned in 2010 with her husband, Preben, to raise their two young daughters in the place they love. Nicole is deeply connected to the island, its community, and its homes, and she feels fortunate to call it home.
