Adrian Olmstead

Like many in real estate, this is a second career for Adrian. His passion for working with purpose and his gift for connecting and building relationships led him into the real estate world in 2016. Since then, Adrian has become a Top Producer at the company and grown a thriving business through his client-centric approach and a promise to deliver best-in-class customer service. Adrian’s focus and specialization in the Lake Oswego and Southwest Portland Markets have made his services more valuable and set him apart from other agents. Adrian believes that being a great agent is one part artist and one part analyst. That means having a razor-sharp intuition in reading people combined with an ability to manage larger market forces to accomplish his clients’ goals. Wrestling with both takes a well-rounded approach that Adrian has honed from his previous professional experiences and brought to the real estate industry. Adrian lives in Lake Oswego in the Birdshill neighborhood with his wife and twin girls. When not working, Adrian enjoys pursuing his passion for competitive running and cycling. Adrian is passionate about investing in the community and is heavily involved in several local sports programs through his children and Meals on Wheels and received Lake Oswego’s Unsung Hero Award in 2021 for his work in the program. Before real estate, Adrian held various sales and sales leadership roles within the sports footwear and apparel industry. Originally from South Carolina, Adrian moved to the Northwest shortly after college, via a brief stint in Texas, before landing in Portland in 2001. Adrian has adopted the Northwest as his home, and can not see himself anywhere else
